The Challenge

The Challenge

The client wanted a redesign of their existing Pet Portal. They found it to be outdated visually and felt the user experience could be improved.

Constraints: Design was beholden to existing code constraints. We had to maintain simplicity without forsaking experience and visual design. The timeline became increasingly fluid as the client had to have multiple internal discussions prior to moving forward with each phase of design.

The Solution

The Solution

I wanted to create a cleaner, clearer experience for the users that was able to respond to all device and viewports. I opted for a bento box-esque design for the Pet Portal redesign that flexed to fit all screen widths. I provided e a stronger visual hierarchy that helped the user move thru several different flows more easily and confidently.
